How to leave the apartment

Check out is before 12:00 PM. You do not need to clean, that is what the team is for. Just these:

Leave the dishes washed.
Take the trash to the floor's collection area. If you do not know where it is, ask us before your last day.
Close the windows and turn off the lights.
Leave used towels in the bathroom, not on the bed.
Check the closet, the drawers and the bathroom. The forgotten charger is always in one of those three.

On your way out, pull the door until it latches and confirm it is shut. Send us a message that you are out, just so we know.

Late checkout and luggage

If your flight is late, ask us about a later checkout. It depends on whether someone comes in that same day, so the honest answer only exists a day or two ahead.

Ask early and we will tell you yes or no without leaving you waiting.
If it cannot be done, we can almost always sort out somewhere to leave your bags while you use the last morning.
From the apartment to the airport, count on half an hour without traffic and up to an hour if you leave between five and nine in the evening.
