The address and the map pin

Give the driver this, exactly as it is written:

Bahía de la Ascensión 312, Verónica Anzures, Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México, CP 11300

And these coordinates, which drop the pin on the building rather than on the street name: 19.4361, -99.1719

  • The building is called DISTUM and it is a glass tower. You can see it from the avenue, so it is easy to point at.
  • Verónica Anzures and colonia Anzures are two different neighborhoods sitting next to each other. Ours is Verónica Anzures, postal code 11300. Worth saying because some drivers head for the other one.
  • Screenshot the address and the coordinates before you land, so you are not depending on having signal.

Coming from the airport

From Benito Juárez International Airport it is about 12 kilometers. With normal traffic that is half an hour, and at rush hour it can be a good deal more. The city clogs up from seven to ten in the morning and from five to nine at night.

  • Inside the terminal there are authorized taxi desks with a fixed fare per zone. You pay at the desk and they hand you a ticket. That is the no surprises option.
  • Uber and DiDi work too. The airport has marked pickup points, which saves you the negotiation.
  • Do not take a taxi from someone who walks up and offers you a ride inside the terminal. That is not how it is done here.

When you know your arrival time, send it to us, even if it changes twice. It is not to keep tabs on you, it is so that if something fails at the door we are already awake.
