The pool and the outside space
The house has a pool, and the outside is where most guests end up spending the day. A few sensible things:
- Children are never in or near the pool unsupervised — not for a minute, not while you fetch a towel. There is no lifeguard and no one else watching.
- No swimming alone late at night, and not after drinking.
- No glass anywhere near the pool. Use plastic or metal outside — broken glass by a pool means the pool is out of use, not just swept up.
- If anything about the pool looks wrong to you, message us. Please do not touch the pool equipment yourself.
- For swimming, the pool is the water. If you have a question about the lake, ask us and we will tell you what we know.
The view is the other thing to make time for — early morning and the last hour before sunset are the best of it. Take a layer out with you; the evening cools down quickly here.
